Echoes & Reflections

Please join me this Thursday, September 18th from 6-8pm at Sabine Street Studios in the East Corridor for the exhibition of my most recent body of work, light refreshments, and general merrymaking.

Continuing his artistic journey across the interior of the human psyche, Matthew Gantt presents his most recent body of work, Echoes & Reflections,

and invites us to reflect on the themes of psychology, shamanism, and spirituality prevalent throughout his work. Echoes of the past are explored in several of his portraits where the original ink blots and line work are preserved, not just the scaffolding for the painting but the dynamic moment where the inspiration occurred. Matthew Gantt’s so-called “Constellationism” certainly continues to find new ways to fascinate with his endless array of psychedelic portraiture.
